Doc about Caiman. Each year, as dry season in Pantanal progresses, areas of water get smaller, and this leads to area’s wildlife being drawn closer and closer together. This results in what is one of the most incredible wildlife spectacles on Earth – enormous aggregations of Pantanal Caiman (Caiman/yacare) gathering around drying pools. Pantanal is home to 3.5 million Caiman, at population densities higher than that of any other crocodilian population on the planet.
